Rates:
When you outsource your administrative and marketing duties you will not be responsible for costly employee benefits, employment taxes, health insurance, coffee breaks or vacations. You will be paying for only the work that was completed and not idle time, thus you save more by hiring a Virtual Assistant. Generally, VA fees are based on an hourly retainer rate (which sometimes saves you even MORE money) or on a straight hourly rate.
Rates are competitive and based on hourly rates ranging from $25-$45 per hour according to the complexity of the service for the assigned project.

A general quote may be provided prior to beginning each project, however, a firm quote may need to be given after receipt of materials to ensure an accurate quote.
A 50% deposit is requested prior to beginning work on any project. All projects require a 1-hour minimum fee. Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments and final invoices will be provided upon completion of the project. Additional costs such as postage, courier services, special materials, etc., will be added to the final invoice.
Any changes or additional costs will be discussed in advance.
Rush orders (less than 24 hours notice) subject to a “rush fee” of 25% of the invoice.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, corporate check, and money orders. Credit card payments can be accepted through Pay Pal.
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. There will be a 15% late penalty charged to any unpaid balances over 30 days.
Retainer Rates:
Retainer rates are also available at a discount for services required on an on-going basis. Retainer rates start with a minimum of 10 hours per month and are based on the project. The retainer fee must be paid in advance upon start date.
A Work for Hire Agreement must be executed for all retainer clients.
